Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success?
First coffee and let the dog out, then work out on my bike or power yoga, those are the have to’s.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? If I’ve been fully present and helped somebody then I’ve done my job.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? The only thing I can control in my life is my attitude. I choose joy, it’s not fleeting, it’s long-lasting, it’s eternal, it’s bigger than myself. Joy can be in bad times too.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? To relax a bit more. So many beautiful things were happening, and I missed them because I was so busy chasing the next big thing. I’m grateful that where I am today was a surprise.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today?
The belief that you can keep up with the pace that you are going and that if you are more efficient with your time that you can get more stuff in. That belief doesn’t allow for rest or for play.
