5 Questions Segment

Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I prepare a cup of tea and that ritual works beautifully because I recognize the marvel of it. Soon, I’m holding that warm cup of good fortune.

Q2. What's your definition of Success? Is that you are missed when you are not with people who know you because your presence is a bright and noticeable warm light.

Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? Being free of the ego, it’s the part of us that is self-serving.

Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? It took me 10 years to write my book. I really made myself miserable for not making fast enough progress. I wish I would have known that a deadline is irrelevant just keep showing up for the work, that’s what’s important.

Once it’s out there it’s not even really your book anymore, it belongs to the world.

Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? Workday sleepwalking. A lot of us go through our emails and do our life’s work, half asleep.
