Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? Morning routine: I spend time with pets, stretch, do yoga. It changes with my travel schedule. Evening Routine: No screens in the bedroom.

37:23 Q2. What's your definition of Success? “It’s changed over time. It was all about grades, reaching plateaus. Stuff no longer defines my success, it’s about reaching one person who needs to hear my message. Now success is more being connected with everyone than feeling like I have to do it all on my own.”

42:01 Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? “It’s tough, because we put a lot of weight around this idea of being happy. It’s having freedom of recognizing we have a choice in what we want to do. Being able to embrace pain.”

44:45 Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? “I wish 10 years ago I could embrace all of me and not have been so judgmental of myself and others.”

47:40 Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? “I’m never doing enough and there is always something to get done.”
