Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success?
Every night I do my daily 3-2-1; It’s the 3 good things that happened that day, 2 professional must do’s for tomorrow and my 1 personal must do tomorrow. Then in the morning, I start my day in solitude, with my coffee and morning meditation.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? Intentionally creating and serving. When you go through failure, you have an opportunity to re-evaluate, what is success for me.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? The pursuit of wholeness. To be a fully integrated, fully functioning adult. That pursuit of growth and wholeness is happiness to me.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? Stop looking for external validation of your value and do the inner work. To stop looking for something outside of yourself to make you feel good about yourself.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? We need more silence and white space in our lives to really get that clarity we desire, it requires more silence than what we are comfortable with. How do we create the white space to do this deeper, inner work?
