Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I get up at 5 am, hit the rowing machine and get in an hour or so of work before the family wakes up then have breakfast and take my kids to school. I block off my calendar every day to be able to walk them to school.

Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? To be able to go on vacation, walk away from your company for a few days and know that your customers are going to be fine because your team is taking care of them.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? The ways to properly hire and outsource.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? Picking a routine. Be proactive with defining your boundaries and when you’ll be available and when you won’t and you’ll be fine.
