We are here today with Kallie Knop to discuss setting boundaries with work and family in thoughtful ways to minimize the guilt we feel when we can’t do it all.
Kallie has over ten years of experience at major PR agencies and consulting firms in New York City where she represented a myriad of clients from international corporations such as GE, PepsiCo and Pfizer, to early-stage startups. Most recently she helped found and lead Ulysses Communications, a boutique PR firm specializing in healthcare consulting. She helps clients across the nation achieve business goals through strategic PR counsel and execution.
She holds a certification in life coaching through the JRNI Coaching Catalyst program as well as a certification in mindfulness meditation through the University of Pennsylvania Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Kallie received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently lives in Louisville, KY.

Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I try to meditate for 20 minutes in the morning, sometimes I only have 5 minutes.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? You are more than just your achievements. Knowing at the end of the day that you gave it your all, and you did your best in that moment.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? Finding internal peace amidst all the chaos.
