I recently received a question from a veterinarian who was 5-10 years out from graduation and had worked in many different settings as a private practitioner and was trying to decide if a career transition into industry or government might provide a better lifestyle or make them happier.
I’ve been there and what I can share is that the grass isn’t greener, it’s just a different shade of green.
