Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine; what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I get up at 4:30; I read the bible, look at my vision statement, and then in the afternoon, I reflect on my questions.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? Having a clear destination where you want to go and enjoy the journey.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? It’s a choice, and it’s a daily choice, and the foundation is being thankful. Gratitude is thanksgiving in advance.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? To know that we are all growing and growth is important; no one has it all figured out.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? Being busy. There are times as a leader when you have to swab the deck with the crew, but you can’t stay there because there won’t be anyone seeing the big picture.
