Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? Gratitude and reach out to people I care about and exercise routine.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? I used to think it was external and it’s not, it’s internal. My definition is doing what I want, when I want, with who I want, as often as I want.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? It goes back to being satisfied. A little dark chocolate or watch movies that make me laugh, spend time with people who make me feel good. The joy of giving a random act of kindness makes a difference they add up.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? Internal satisfaction and happiness does not come from external means. Chasing the zeros doesn’t work. It’s all about living in the moment and making the moment count.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? The itty-bitty shitty committee. It’s work-life integration. How do we practice more kindness for more smiles and less frowns?
