Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? In the evening, I normally do stretching. I start my morning by listening to Minnesota Public Radio.  I write down the three things I want to accomplish before noon.

Q2. What's your definition of Success? Success means I have the freedom to do things I enjoy and with the people, I care about without too many limitations.

Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? Being content, knowing you have all you need. Everybody has bad days, I remind myself that I don’t need a lot to be happy, it is a mindset.

Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? You can restart your venture if you don’t like where you are. You don’t have to be constrained by other people’s limitations and expectations.

Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? Not having a financial plan. And failing to maximize opportunities without a trusted financial advisor who can guide them through the process.
